Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use mb398 services. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use any service or open an account. mb398 may request age verification at any time. If false age information is found, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

One Person — One Account Only

Each player may hold only one active account on mb398 at any time. Data such as IP address, payment method, and browser data are checked to confirm that accounts belong to different individuals. If duplicate accounts are found, bonuses will be removed and funds may be frozen.

Geographic Restrictions

Each player must confirm that gambling is legal under the laws of their country and the region they are playing from, and takes full personal responsibility for this. mb398 is not responsible for any activity by players who access the site from regions where gambling is prohibited.

Deposit Rules

• The account used for deposits must be the player's own mb398 account. Payments from third parties are not allowed.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance in the player's mb398 account will be updated immediately. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact customer support.
• mb398 does not charge any handling fee on deposits. However, any bank fees and payment service charges are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal Rules

• Only accounts that have passed KYC verification are eligible to make withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made from your own funds (Real Money). You cannot withdraw while you still have an unspent bonus balance (see the Bonus section).
• Withdrawal processing time is normally between 15 minutes and 2 hours. The actual time may vary depending on bank operating hours and the payment method used.
• mb398 reserves the right to carry out checks on withdrawals as required under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, though some exceptions may apply depending on the payment option.

Welcome Bonus

At mb398, you can get a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to 100,000 Ks on your first deposit. Players who claim this bonus must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawing.

• Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example 2 — If you deposit 140,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 240,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

If you wish to cancel a bonus after claiming it, the bonus amount will not be paid out, but you may withdraw your own funds if the wagering requirement on those funds has been met.

VIP Program

The mb398 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tier upgrades and downgrades are based on your play history and activity. The following weekly cashback rates apply—

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is paid out every Monday. There is no wagering requirement on cashback received.

Refer a Friend

If you refer a friend to mb398 and they make their first deposit, you will receive 8% of their first deposit amount as a bonus (capped at 20,000 Ks). You can also earn an additional 0.3% weekly commission based on the total amount your referred friends wager.

Bonus Abuse

• If a player shows unusual betting patterns — such as depositing and withdrawing purely to collect bonuses — mb398 reserves the right to cancel the bonus without paying it out.
• Taking a bonus is not meant to create a financial obligation — you can choose to decline a bonus at your own discretion.

Fair Play

Disconnections

Technical Errors
